Check out time is before 12:00pm. If requested and subject to the arrival of the next guests, the checkout time can be extended. The riad has baggage storage.
Payment
We recommend paying your visit in cash. Although the riad accepts credit card payments, they are highly discouraged since this method of payment tends to be problematic.
If you would rather make the payment by bank transfer, please contact us.
For more than 5 days reservations, or more than two rooms reservations, the hotel can charge the 50% of the amount on the credit card provided, 30 days before arrival.
The hotel can check the credit card provided and cancel the reservation in case of not valid card.
Reservations and Cancellations
All reservations are confirmed by email. Only the reservations confirmed by our booking team and that include a reference number are considered definite.
Only written cancellations are accepted. All cancellations made by telephone must be followed-up by email or fax. Until written notification is received, reservations are not cancelled. If these terms are not met, the reservation must be paid in full.
If the reservation is cancelled or modified between 30 days before and the date of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Customs and Police
We regret to inform you that we are unable to take responsibility for any errors or negligence on your part. For this reason, we strongly recommend our guests that before visiting the Kingdom of Morocco they contact the relevant authorities prior to planning their trip. We would also like to remind you that when visiting Morocco travelers must have a valid passport that will not expire for at least six months after their arrival.
If once in Moroccan territory access is refused, we inform you that any deposits or payments made prior to this unfortunate incident will be lost.
To avoid any undesired inconvenience, please ensure you carry all the traveling documents you need.
Online Reservations
We inform our guests that our reservation and payment systems are completely safe and fully protected by the necessary safety measures.
Confidentiality
The information provided by customers on our website is totally confidential and it is not shared with third parties, thus scrupulously respecting the law on data protection.
Offer Limitations
Only one offer can be used at a time. Full payment must be made when making a reservation. No refunds will be given.
Offers not applicable during Easter, Christmas, New Year´s and Three Kings’ Day holidays.
Additional Limitations
To maintain the peaceful and relaxing spirit of the riad, children under the age of thirteen and pets are not allowed. According to the existing regulations in the Medina, there is no smoking except on the terrace.
